If something on Serviced247 is wrong, we want to fix it. Email corrections@serviced247.co.uk with the page address and what's incorrect.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge every report.
2. We check the claim against the source data or the cited primary source.
3. We aim to resolve reports within five working days and will tell you the outcome either way.
4. Material corrections to editorial content are logged below with the date and what changed.

Listing details we can and can't change

Station names, addresses, phone numbers and tested classes come from the DVSA register. If the DVSA record itself is wrong or out of date, the authorised site needs to update it with the DVSA - once their published dataset changes, the correction flows through here. In the meantime we can add a note to the listing, and a garage can claim its listing to supply verified details directly.
