Nissan service schedule

Intervals are model and engine specific. The handbook is the authority; the service light is only a prompt.
Nissan service types
- Interim service - oil and oil filter plus checks.
- Full service - further filters and a longer inspection list.
- Scheduled extras - brake fluid, coolant, spark plugs and, where fitted, a cambelt.
- CVT fluid - where a CVT gearbox is fitted, its fluid has its own interval and is priced separately.
Leaf and e-Power
The Leaf has no engine oil service. Its schedule covers brakes, coolant circuits, cabin filter, 12V battery and high-voltage system checks. e-Power models keep a petrol engine and need conventional engine servicing as well as high-voltage checks.
Serviced247 does not hold verified records of which garages can work on high-voltage systems. Ask the garage directly.
Items that sit outside a routine service
- Brake fluid - a time-based change on most schedules
- Coolant and, where fitted, gearbox or DSG oil
- Cambelt, where the engine has one
- Tyres, brake pads and discs - replaced on condition, not on schedule
- Air-conditioning service and regas
Always check the schedule for your exact engine and model year. The definitive source is the handbook, the service indicator and the manufacturer's own schedule - not a generic tier name.
